Problem with car aircon

I had a problem with my daughters aircon in her car. I phoned around but didn't have much luck because people were not too eager to give quotations or suitable solutions to the problem..they just wanted me to come through so they could make a few bucks out of me. What a breath of fresh air it was to speak to the staff of Cool ideas..from the receptionist who put me on to Steve. I told him my prob..he said it was a minor blockage ,i should bring the car inand he won't even charge me. Took the car in..problem was sorted out in less than 5 mins. He restored my faith in mankind and I really think its a gesture worth mentioning. In these days where the consumer is being ripped of by scrupulous service providers..I just want to thank Steve for being honest and generous. Christmas feels so much better this year
