Positive/negative experience with new line
I would have preferred to have given 4-5 stars. but there were some serious hiccups... BUT! this is not specific to Alex, the agent who dealt with me in the end. Alex proved to be one of the best front-line customer liaison agents I have encountered. heres to a good relationship going forward.
