POOR, UNRELIABLE SERVICE!
Our wifi was down for 16 days in October. During this period, we phoned Cool Ideas on a daily basis for them to eventually send a technician. The manager told us to request a refund for this period, however it has been almost 3 weeks and they have not yet been able to assist us with the refund.
A few days after getting the wifi back up again, the wifi once again stopped working.... This time we decided to terminate our contract, as working from home with no wifi is an inconvenience to say the least.
Ridiculous service - I will not recommend your services to anyone.

We usually rely on the fibre line provider to ensure the fibre infrastructure is in working order and we would like to see if the support process from our end was followed correctly to ensure that we have some accountablilty from the FNO (fibre network operator)
