Poor Support

The support has deteriorated since I first subscribed. Nowadays you get through to a different call centre each time, and nothing gets resolved. Support staff refuse to call you back, saying that they are not allowed to any longer, & that you have to wait in a queue. You get an email back much later, which does nothing. looks like support is now a box-ticking exercise on email.
