Poor service, poor delivery, I am worth nothing to Cool ideas

I like to think that I am a loyal person. I have been with Cool Ideas almost to inception since they started doing Fibre.

On numerous occasions after paying for my account, the service is suspended When someone says they will phone you back they dont. When you send a payment, they dont reconcile and then cut. Correct invoices are sent

I have a note on my account stating I pay between the 25-28th of every month I get informed that my latest account has been suspended as Cool ideas want to be paid in advance on the 15th of every month

No one gets paid their salaries on the 15th, and you expect payment ahead of a service that is so shockingly delivered, more especially over the last period of 3-6 months, between line dropping, attacks, security breaches, and poor service

When I threaten to move no one cares, JUST PAY SHOCKING stuff. I am shocked at the service, the treatment and overall how blase Cool ideas is
