Poor service from Cool Ideas ISP

My mother in law placed an order for a line installation and ISP service with a promise of router being couriered in 24-48 hours. Payment has gone through, but there is no communication from them apart from asking for information they already have and then doing nothing. Really poor customer service - it makes me dread the ISP experience - wishing I could just cancel the whole thing.
