Poor service from Cool Ideas

We have intermittent to no service since yesterday. If we have service it is extremely slow. 1.26 download and 2.58 upload.

I have been calling since yesterday and no one is answering my calls . Cool Ideas' service is slowly but surely getting worse than Telkom! Holding 13 to 30 minutes even if I am first in line! Pathetic!

I tried to lodge a ticket and not even their website is working. I tried the contact forms and not even that is working.

When I finally got through today after holding for 30 minutes the lady just said they have a problem and refused to give me a straight answer.

I need to work and can not do so!!!!!!!!

Please sort this our urgently.
