Poor service from Cool Ideas

I'm quite surprised about the poor service I got from them and Vumatel over the last couple of weeks after reading only good things about them a while back.

I've been trying to get a fiber installation done for over a month now and I constantly have to log tickets and phone them for any form of feedback. I won't blame Cool Ideas for Vumatel's bad service but the least they can do is follow up with them and keep me informed. It's like ordering a pizza and having to phone the delivery guy to tell him to go fetch the pizza.

Pretty soon I'm gonna cancel all my services and find another rout if I don't get any results from them.
