Poor Service - Don't use Cool Ideas

I’ve placed an order on or around the 08th of January with Cool Ideas. I was told by their consultant to select FrogFoot as the Network provider only to find out a week later I was given the incorrect advise by their agent because Frogfoot does not have service in our area, the correct Network provider should have been DFA. I immediately re did the application. Despite the number of calls in between then and now I still don't have the service installed. I have complained asked for them to please make my installation an urgent one. I have asked to speak to Managers sent some more emails made more calls. It is like speaking to Robots over there, no one has any empathy, no one has taken my calls and complaints seriously. It is the 27th January 2020 and still don't have service. I would highly recommend against Cool Ideas. Not sure how they got voted for best ISP in 2018 ???
