Poor Service, Dipping Internet and Not Releasing Fibre Line

Cancelled our contract due to POOR SERVICE and DIPPING INTERNET, and 3 weeks later our new ISP is still struggling to get our internet up and running due to Cool Ideas that DO NOT RELEASE THE OPENSERVE LINE... just so everyone knows how they operate...
