Poor service
Connections team isnt helpfull at all and apparently cannot get my line migrated to Cool Ideas because there is apparantly another order on it. My line cancelled with Afrihost on 1 October 2020.
I asked them to give me my PPPoE details so I can atleast have internet so I can work from home but they refuse to send it to me because my line is not active yet on their system. Thats a **** excuse. When isigned up with Afrihost they immediately gave me my PPPoE details.
I was with Cool Ideas in the past and the service was great, I also got my PPPoE details before the line was Active on their system, but seems like things have only gone backwards since I left them in the beginning of 2019.
I will be contacting you today to cancel everything and move back to Afrihost.
