Poor Service & Connection Issues
They used to be super awesome, now they just super ****! Weekly connection issues. And today the whole Cape Town down - how’s this possible in this day and age!!!! Call centre staff does not tell you whats wrong when ask, just say, “We’re sorry.” Can’t believe Carte Blanche still give credit to them as a service provider.

we see the latest outage (weekend of the 7th november 2020) was due to maintenance which was rectified within a couple of hours with announcements being issued on our page.
