Poor Service but Lucky for Me I am Done!

I am Writing this review after few attempt of talking to cool ideas consultant to fix the internet issues. However, i failed and it leave me no choice but to write this. I have joined cool ideas in January 2022. they were quick to deliver the router and give me connection. i wont lie they were very efficient and they provided me with great service until i moved out of the property to the new house in July 2022. since they were giving me good and fast internet without challenges. I decided to move with them into the new property as i was getting good service from them, i thought why should i struggle by getting a new service provider cool ideas got my back. This was the biggest mistake of my line, my first mistake was to upgrade the package i took their Century City Connect Packages - FTTH-CENTURYCITY-100/50Mbps from FTTH-VUMATEL-50/50Mbps Vumatel Packages thinking that i will get even faster uninterrupted internet. Here is the problem the internet keeps on stopping and dropping, when you run a speed test it gives you ridiculous low download figures even zero you will get. when you log a ticket to cool ideas you get a call from a technician who tells you all the solutions that don't make sense even a person who know nothing about internet will tell that you are been **** to and they just want to to stop complaining and accept the situation. this technician tells me that internet is not working because the WIFI signal is low and i have put my WIFI far. so to solve the problem i must use the WIFI close the the router. Or I must connect my computer with the LAN cable so i get full internet of service without disturbance. I mean even in the mall you can have access to the Free WIFI without disturbance. this guys think I am a fool. I don't know how many speed test i have run, and screenshot i have sent to cool ideas without a solution. i will also not forget to mention the money i am paying for all this incompetency (Debit Order First Payment Amount R999.00 Status Active) yes R 999.00. I am writing this review from my wife's phone hot sport because there is no internet in the house. not to mention that cool ideas wont send a notification to tell us as costumers what is going on with internet. if you want to be like me Joint cool Ideas, you will not have smooth zoom or teams meeting with cool ideas i bet you. But is all ok as this is the end of my road with cool Ideas. I leave in peace, I will pay for what ever penalty i owe you so that I get proper service. I also know that they will respond on this review, to say they are sorry and they will look into the matter. they wont!
