Poor service and profiteering

Cool Ideas is an unfortunate bedfellow with Vumatel. We have been off line for 3 days now with several intermittent outages over the last few weeks. Vumatel have erected a wall around themselves demanding communication via your ISP (Cool Ideas in our case) whom must be complicit in this arrangement. We had a phone call offering an appointment to fix the problem but the EARLIEST date would be 14 Feb 2022 more than a week after the latest failure! Naturally one is unable to run any sort of operation with this kind of service and the only solution is to change. I gave notice to Cool Ideas who, despite the deplorable service, now demand a calendar month's notice meaning I must pay nearly two month's fees to cancel. Under normal circumstances where on can plan ahead this might be acceptable, but where there is zero service it is UNACCEPTABLE and simply profiteering.
