POOR SERVICE

I have had an issue with no connection for 10 days and till date have not been conpesated for the days of no connection and the best part this was their issue, all they had to to do was resposition the line, all the relevant trouble shooting was done and eventually what was told to them on day 2 of no connection was done....incompetant technical staff and account managers are constantlanly blaming VUAMATEL we dont pay Vumatel. when they started they were as excellent service provider but now they really dont seem to care about the clients.

Its time that they are taken to task for services not provided

I am still waiting for them to call its now 1 month gone.
