Poor service

Cool Ideas definitely not Cool!!!! A review of top Wifi service providers on the Internet identifies Cool Ideas as the top service provider! Definitely not. I was told over two weeks ago that my router will be delivered with 24-48 hours but that 24-48 hours have spilled over to this week. I was also told a week ago that the account was activated, but when it is finally delivered, I still cannot access the internet! To get someone to assist over the telephone is crazy! Hold time is usually over 15mins. I rest my case. Another service provider that disappoints.
