Poor reliability and no escalation management at all

Support staff are friendly but unable to resolve major issues that are outside their reach and the escalation to seniors is nonexistent. Tried in vain to speak to management of the helpdesk or even a noc engineer or SOMETHING that dont force me to reboot router and do asinine testing that the winmtr proves is not the issue.

More than once a day a full disconnect of international traffic happens for anything from 10 seconds to 5mins with no end in sight of a fix long term. This is above and beyond a standard 1% packet loss at any time of the day which jumps to 20% at least a few times a week.

Tickets are eventually just closed without real resolution just for the issue to reoccur.

STAY AWAY if you work from home and require a stable, uninterrupted connection. This goes beyond best effort service being met.
