Poor quality service
Tried moving from Vodacom to cool ideas and it took us almost 2 months before we could be connected. I got connected today but guess what? The connection is really bad, the speed too! That time with vodacom our speed was 10mbps including download and with cool ideas we're on 25mbps but still.. I can barely watch TV without it buffering. I don't know what to make of this, cause it's our very first day of using your service but its already disappointing.
