Poor Internet Service

I really hate doing this but as we working from home, I have no choice. From the outset the service from cool ideas has not been good and as of the last week, the internet has been dropping (more like non existent) at least twice a day. Been calling everyday get told its frogfoot however strangely after I call, the internet is mysteriously back on. Either you can provide the service I am paying for or you cant. If you can't, say so I can look elsewhere. Promises of technicians that are going to call but never do, doesn't help. Is cool ideas going to reimburse me my cellphone call costs? If the issue is frogfoot then have them resolve it, we need our internet.
