Poor Ideas

Cool Ideas management will not take a call from their clients. No matter how many times one telephones, management will not speak to a complaining client. They leave the call centre personnel to take all the flak and they apologise profusely. After that nothing happens very fast. Up to 2 months ago Cool Ideas were great. Now they are useless. They need tp realise that customers will talk with their feet. I will be changing my provider who will give me the service that I'm paying for. I used to recommend them now plese don't use them.
