Poor customer service and support

As a long standing customer I have received terrible service from Cool Ideas. I opened a ticket on the 05 February 2020 to report my line being down and it is nearly a week on and the I still do not have internet access. The ONT is not working and requires a technician to come out to resolve this as it needs to be fixed or replaced but absolutely nothing happens. I have called numerous times and been told the issue will be escalated but nothing happens.

They are a terrible ISP to work with and cannot resolve simple issues.
