Poor customer service.. actually NO customer service!

I've had it up to my ears with Cool Ideas!

I joined cool ideas for FTH powered by Metro Fibre. Initially, their correspondence was extremely poor, their turn around time was shocking and when I eventually was set up my connection wasnt working and 2 hour phone calls to different call center staff (extrememly unhelpful, might I add) didnt help!

I've now had FTH for just shy of a month, last week saturday (18th) my wifi connection wasnt working and we rooted the fault to the yellow cable that connects from the wall to the router. The wires/fibres were exposed. We phoned cool ideas 3 times around 11am, first 3 times we received no answer and the 4th time we were told, "It's metro fibres problem, not ours" - Actually, I think when I'm paying YOU every month, you can make an effort to ASSIST in the problem! I dont PAY metro fibre!

I called metro fibre who subseqently told me they also cannot help me, I joined through Cool Ideas, They must sort it out.

I then called every possible shop, fibre or internet supplier to find out where I can buy this cable from. No one had and others only offered service on weekends to thier own clients, Pity I didnt join a company who offers weekend service, hey?

I luckily managed to borrow a cable from someone so I am currently connected, however, after complaining more times than I can count I STILL DONT HAVE A RESPONSE REGARDING THE CABLE !!!!!! If i wasnt able to borrow a cable that would mean I've been disconnected for nearly ONE WEEK!! what on EARTH am I paying Cool Ideas for???? other providers are cheaper, offer weekend and after hour services and will simply deliver me a cable for free! not "shift the blame" to metro fibre.

This is honestly ridiculous. I will NEVER recommend Cool Ideas to ANYONE and I really hope someone sorts this out with a matter of urgency so i can return the borrowed cable and MOVE ON with my life!

p.s. I work from home and you guys are making my life harder, not easier which was my anticipation when I signed up!!
