Poor Cool Ideas
Absolutely pathethic, been going back and forth over our line that keeps dropping since last year.
Between Cool Ideas and TT Connect who is more useless, but we must carry on paying for this poor service. Can't get ahold of anyone, escalation managers are not available to discuss the ticket.
