Poor connection because of concrete walls
For 6 years now the defense is that they dont service outside Sandton. For 6 years now their defense is that my internet dont pull through to the bedrooms a mear 10 steps away from the rooter because of my concrete walls. Why didnt they inform my that my brick walls will be a problem when they installed it. According to me, they drilled into those exact same walls when they installed. I have to reboot the rooter at least 5 times in a week. The last 7 days was 4 times a day. This is pathetic.
