Poor administration department

I’ve been with coolideas for about 5 months now . Since I’ve been with them I get an email stating that my service will suspended due to none payment . Meanwhile I pay my account religiously at the 1st of each month and May I add that they send you an email in early hours of the morning probably system generated. I called every month when I get the email and I must also the person on the other side which apparently is their accounts department has no knowledge and they’re so uninterested that they just say yes sir and even promise that it won’t happen again and that they have no idea why it happens but meanwhile they received my payment and I get told that they can see it . I even told them that I can help them if they need assistance with their accounting system because it’s my field and whoever set up theirs has no idea of accounting . I currently am disconnected because of their stupidity and incompetence . This is unacceptable for sure .
