Pleasant response and Comback

I had been monitoring our throughput recently as data was not what it was speed wise, and getting a bit lethargic, only to discover we weren’t getting what we paid for. I emailed support with my concern and was pleasantly surprised, I got prompt response and later during the course of the day was back up to our throughput we were paying for, not Sure why we were getting a lower throughput however I feel the service and response I got was great, Thank you Support at Cool Ideas
