Phenomenal Support

I’ve been having such a frustrating time with my internet, it’s been so unstable. This past week I decided I needed to get it sorted. I can’t thank Nhlanhla M enough - he has been so patient and helpful. We’ve had several calls and made several changes and he’s stayed completely on top of it, follow up calls as well. I’ve managed many customer service teams before so I know the hard time they have, but I can honestly say I would be proud to have Nhlanhla M on my team. Thank you so so much for all your help!
