Paul Butschi, CEO of Cool Ideas should be ashamed of his terrible service

Cool Ideas is one of the worst service providers I have ever dealt with in South Africa. We are on their business account (paying premium for what is supposed to be elevnted service) and have been disgusted by their lack of care or accountability when things go wrong. Our internet constantly goes out (which they of course blame on someone else) and we have to harass them until they respond to us. Recently, they suspended our service (which they claimed was due to late payment) without warning. We had to spend 2 hours trying to get through to them to understand what happened. They claimed to have called and emailed by of course, there was no evidence. The staff could care less that they disrupted our business for 48 hours straight. Terrible experience with them and would not suggest anyone use them.
