Paul Butschi, CEO of Cool Ideas should be ashamed of his terrible service, he is quite a bully and have put me as a defaulter payer in the credit bureau because he want to tame money for a service he didn't give. (I have paid for the service they did give me) He is a petty person, trying to get about R4000 from me even though he did not provide any service but kept the octotel line open - on his own accord - to try and ***** more money, apparently it's his style, now, I offered to pay for the 'line rental" though there isn't any R200 per month to get him off my back but to no avail, this person is a petty business man that we, as his ex-costumers should expose his bullish behaviour! please share .
