Pathetic Wireless Speeds

I started with cool ideas in July, a week later I complained about my speed that is not acceptable. I pay for a 50/50 fibre line. I get half of that sometimes less. Until this day nothing has been done. I am on a contract of no throttle, unshape and uncapped package. Every night I get less that 20/20. When emailed thry pass the bucket and say its the service provider not isp. When that is sorted they say it can be something else. I have asked them so many times to send someone out here and check it out themselves. They just don't. Even if I have done everything thry asked me. Like taking speeds on laptop while plugged in. It's ridiculous service. I don't have dstv. I'll rather pay for internet and stream what I want. But with this internet I can't even do that.
