Pathetic since taken over by Afrihost

Cool Ideas used to be magnificent, i have made many recommendations, but since they got involved with AfriHost it has been pathetic.....Time for a new ISP I am afraid

Unfortunately, we have no control over area outages. Vumatel technicians are currently working on the issue. There is no ETR at the moment.

let see if i get this right... i pay you, you pay them...but you take no ownership on faults.....you knew the service was down when i complained and posted on Hello Peter....yet some idiot phones from the call center to check if it is working yet at 08:15.....
There is still no official communication w.r.t. the outage.....

Please note that area outages can be caused by several environmental factors. 

Confirming whether customers are re-connected or not is part of testing/troubleshooting with the fibre providers. 

The outage was resolved and you should be reconnected now. We appreciate your feedback.
