Pathetic Service - The Worst Imaginable...

Pathetic service, actually ZERO service is the more apt way of describing this bunch of inept and deceptive operators. Signed up to get FTTH and after paying them R1725.00 to install a new router with Vumatel, I was then told 4 weeks later that Vumatel did not have live FTTH capabilities to my complex. Subsequently Vumatel phoned me today to find out if I still require their services? *** is going on at Cool Ideas??? Now to get my refund from Cool Ideas I’m told it is scheduled for Friday the 13th December, not that Im superstitious but with this bunch of delinquents I’m not holding my breath!!!
