Please do not support these ******** I waited 20 days for a connection, they advice me that the internet is live and I have to make a payment for account COOL 54850 of R1132.00. I paid EFT and a week later still no internet. I cancelled and asked for a refund. The accounts department said they will refund me. The manager phoned and said to me they can not cancel as they have a contract with Octotel. I contact Axxess and within 24 hrs the line was active. Octotel said that they have no right to the fibre line and the contract is nonsense. Cool Ideas debit my account with another R1699.00 on 1 July 2020 and they are not my ISP. I instructed the Bank and my Attorney to attend to this matter. Stay away from Cool Ideas or you will pay the price. The one star is one million percent over rated.
