Pathetic service provideR
I logged a problem with Cool Ideas on Tuesday 28 July already and we still do not have WiFi!!!!! Seriously????! I run a business, how is it possible for one company to be this useless??! The only response I received 2 days after logging the fault is that the fault has been passed on to Octotel. Last time I checked I paid Cool Ideas, and not Octatel. Pathetic service provider, DO NOT USE THEM!

03 Aug 2020, 13:54Hi Janette, if the issue was referred to Octotel it is most likely a physical fibre cable issue, we the ISP provide the data portion and FNO assist in maintaining the infrastructure. Pls send us an email to complaints @ coolideas .co .za with your account holder details we will get a manager to call
