Pathetic Service from nr 1 ISP - Should be rated nr 1 in terms of bad service

Openserve did my fibre line installation on Thursday 2 June. Since then Cool Ideas has not yet activated my line and keeps on blaming it on Openserve. My Contract is not with OpenServe but with Cool Ideas - one would thus assume they have the correct escalation procedures in place to ensure their service levels are upheld. Lately also ones connection is also only stable for the first 2 weeks, thereafter you have to battle with constant line dropping/unstable line etc - of which they time and again fail to solve!
