Pathetic service from coolideas

Been with cool ideas for over a year. Internet was flawless and staff were helpful. Both aspects have deteriorated over the year. Internet down for several hours. Staff don't care anymore. They lie it will be back by a given time and nothing happens. If you deciding on an isp, please avoid coolideas at only costs.
