Pathetic Service from Cool Ideas!!!

Absolutely pathetic service!!! 5 days now without internet just because I wanted to increase the speed on my line. You would think they would want that.

But they went and first logged it for the wrong address (lucky I check before paying). This is despite attaching my proof of address and including a screenshot with the address showing.

They don't respond timeously to the tickets when you type a response, so had to make numerous calls to them. They said they waiting on Vumatel to correct and they haven't had a response from Vumatel. They only work with emails and refuse to phone Vumatel directly. So I called Vumatel myself and Vumatel wanted the reference from Cool Ideas. I called Cool Ideas, and they said they don't have a Vumatel reference. So what could they be waiting on Vumatel for? Vumatel said they cancelled it on their side and it's up to Cool Ideas to release the line.

They are really useless. I am now being held hostage. Can't go to another ISP because they are holding the line. I don't know what to do now.
