PATHETIC service from COOL IDEAS
service is really pathetic, cant even change your wifi Password on the cool ideas platform, they rather tell me i must give them the new password so they can change it for me.. the platform cant be use to renew service.. i thing the best thing is to switch to a diffrent ISP
