Pathetic service and constant connectivity issues

I Have logged 10 tickets this year for my fibre connection that goes down. Of those 10, 2 were a ddos attack. They take forever to respond to your tickets. When I call the call center after being told I am caller number 1 in the queue my call is not answered still after 25 minutes. The fact that my connection is so problematic is atrocious and the duppirt service is even worse.
