Pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic. I do not recommend them for anyone. You pay all you bills then over 3 months they won't to come and say you still a amount outstanding for December. I paid R1500 so that 2 months is already paid. Now in March they called me and said I didn't pay March as yet, but I already paid in February, March and February wifi amount. Then they tell me the amount was for February and I still need to pay for March. I called them then they sorted it out, but now again they said only after 3 months there is amount outstanding from December. There service is pathetic, because everything was paid that was send to me in December
