Pathetic Service

Absolutely pathetic service!! Have been down for 3 days, I have lost money at work due to this and make my way to the office for this type of nonsense. Who reimburses the money spent on fuel, the money on calling, the data we have to buy when the lines are down which is becoming a weekly thing!! Who will reimburse our time? And best of all, they will never reimburse you for the days they are not up and running which is at least 8, if not more, days in a month!!

Do not join this **** of a company, they take forever to Call you when you open a ticket. They give you the same explanations, try using a line for the wifi.. How and why?? All our neighbors with Webafrica and Afrihost are working perfectly just fine.

I was never even this disappointed with Rain 4G like how I am with Cool Ideas and that should say that enough!!
