Pathetic service
I have not had internet connection, going onto 3 weeks !!!!! This is ridiculous to say the least.
I was advised that connection was restored in the area but centain houses have no connection and they will be coming out to assist with connection. I have not received a call nor any feedback of when i will be resorted!!! This is pathetic service!
I have called in on numerous occasions and to date no resolution!
This is not great customer service! This is an enormous inconvenience for me!
I am not prepared to be paying a full subscription for December when i had no service!!!!!!
I need urgent assistance!!!!!
