Pathetic Service

Absolutely ridiculous customer service and efficiency. Having moved to a new place, we needed internet up and running ASAP - it has been four weeks, and Cool Ideas is STILL running around in circles.

According to them, the previous owner still had their line active, but after numerous forms of communication and proof, both from the previous owner and their ISP, Cool Ideas was told that the line is free for them to active in our name. The line has not been active or in use since April.

Cool Ideas insisted that it was OUR responsibility to track down the previous owner of our flat and beg them to contact THEIR previous ISP so that Cool Ideas could get a cancellation reference number so that they could activate our line.

In no way does that make ANY logical sense - the previous owner's ISP themselves said that Cool Ideas was supposed to contact them if they needed anything, NOT us.
