Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic
easily the worst ISP in South Africa.
I was a Mind the speed customer and the business was sold to Cool ideas who dont seem to have a cooking clue how to run an ISP. Absolutely ********** service and quick to blame their partners Vuma who i can imagine is equally useless but i dont have a contract with Vuma so that is not my issue.
Prices have been hiked twice now and easily the most expensive 50/50 package in the market and in return for being a loyal customer, all we get is pathetic service, poor communication, substandard excuses and no internet at the end of it all.
STAY AWAY!
