Pathetic ISP

So last week I vented my frustration on hello peter and surprisingly after about an hour my payment got allocated and no more threats to suspend. TODAY I sit with no Internet and a technician who can't assist and need to assign a ticket to someone else blah blah blah. WE purchased and paid for our voucher on the 25th May and activated our voucher as not to have Internet Service interrupted as we work from home. Today 27th May I am working off my phone hot spot to join meetings because COOL IDEAS can't assist.
