Pathetic excuse of an internet provider.

Good morning guys

Please don't ever use this company as your internet provider. I have been with them since Jan and Feb and cut off my line and went back again this month and everything was smooth until this morning. I accidentally placed a downgrade package order early this month, but I retracted after seeing reviews and decided to stick with them. I did not press confirm downgrade or anything, but 3 days later my coolideas fibre line was cut and I've been without internet since, mind you I paid R930 on the 1st of April. Everytime I've asked them to call me they keep saying vumatel (their downgrade partner) will call me after I've sent so many emails explaining that I do not want to downgrade. In February they tried to **** me off my refund too. I genuinely can't stand their customer service to be honest cause it's a joke, especially the lady named Tiffany whose their agent.
