Pathetic customer service: avoid this ISP
I have been a customer of Cool Ideas for several years.
They incorrectly terminated my primary internet line which I use to work from home after I submitted a line transfer request for another line.
It took me an entire morning to establish that they had incorrectly terminated my line and after I requested that I be credited for the remainder of the month I was told by management that the best they would do is not to charge me a reconnection fee.
This after their gross incompetence has left me without an internet connection for the past 12 days.
Do not use this ISP, there are many others out there that are actually prepared to offer decent service and want your business.
Clealy Cool Ideas could not care less about their customers.

You incorrectly cancelled my Openserve line which means I have now lost my number and am forced to do a new installation.
