pathetic customer service

I have been complaining about intermittent line speed , i have logged a number of tickets and call the call centre ,but i get late responses no help from the call centre and they keep on avoiding the problem brushing if off ...a manager was suppose to call me on the 04/10/2019 and im still wating for a call back
