PATHETIC COOL IDEAS

we signed up with Cool Ideas Internet provider and ADSL for 50mb/sec line. since December 2018 up until present day(February) we have called numerous times, logged many calls, logged several tickets and taken photgraphic evidence everyday of the line speed we are recieving and paying for. we are recieving every day 9mb/s!!!! we are being billed for the 50mb line!!!

tickeckts that are logged on the problem are randomly and cunningly closed without the result being rectified!

Nobody gets back to you! nobody sorts out the problem! nobody cares!
