PATHETIC AND USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER I EVER EXPERIENCED (COOLIDEAS)
Yooooooo I have never got such a poor service like I’m getting from this pathetic service provider called CoolIdeas. The service is sooooo poor and dealing with the staff that will keep on telling you about stupid tickets that were escalated and nothing happens is so frustrating. My phone billing for January is only this stupid CoolIdeas till today I don’t have internet, mind you I paid them I’m really gonna take this up I want them to pay back my money and to pay back my airtime nx…… I’m also agreeing with the previous reviewer 1star is too much we must be given an option of zero star.
